Lodging your used car warranty enquiry?
The hotline is open between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (AEST).
In the event that you place a call outside these hours, please leave your name and return phone number, the team will return your call during office hours.
Providing the operator your warranty number will assist to provide a speedy resolution. Alternatively, if you don’t have your paperwork, you may be asked to quote your vehicles registration number along with personal details in order to submit the claim.
The team will always endeavour to have warranty repairs carried out at a location convenient to you.
