What’s with all the used car enquiry options?

We do our best to make it easy, to enquire on and buy motor vehicles. Regardless of where you choose to engage with us, either online at cargiantwa.au, or in person at the dealership, located a 9 Solomon Road in Jandakot WA.  When you’re browsing online, it can be a little overwhelming and a challenge to identify who is actually selling the vehicle. Here’s an overview of the options that we offer our customers when shopping on cargiantwa.au, as always, our priority is being transparent.

“Call Us”
This option will connect you to our call routing menu.

Request a Call Back” – Our newest option allows customers to request a call back within a 36 -hour time window, at a time that works for you. This can be helpful if you’re a shift worker or on the run and need to clear your schedule inorder to make time for a chat.

Message Us” – A great option if you’re just putting your feelers out or have questions and time is not of the essence. Whilst we always endeavour to contact customers in a timely manner, to best respond to these requests it can take time to compile information and provide a helpful response.

Buy Online” – If your 100% set on the vehicle, and don’t want to delay securing it, you can Buy Online. All with the same peace of mind and transparency that you get dealing with us at the dealership. Simply follow the prompts to have your identity verified via Equifax’s IDMatrix, and Authorise the “Contract of Sale” delivered to you via DocuSign direct to your inbox.  

Please Note: As with most other car dealers across the country, we advertise our vehicles across a range of automotive & social portals. These sites can occasionally mask our dealership’s identity within their own branding. To emphasise our Brand we go to great lengths presenting our vehicles with clear, unaltered images, showcasing the vehicle in “as is” condition, and on each lead image we display our unique vehicle “Stock Number” in the bottom left hand corner, this is clearly visible across all portals.
