Why do I need Roadside Assitance?

A Roadside or Breakdown assistance policy is designed to assist registered members in the event of an accident or mechanical breakdown.

Many plans offer value adding features like 24/7 National coverage & vehicle towing (subject to conditions). Typical events covered by assistance plans to get you moving may include; vehicle lockouts, runing out of fuel, changing flat tyres, flat batteries, vehicle towing and even emergency accommodations.

It pays to review what your plan offers and know under what circumstances you can access it.

Please Note:

A vehicles Statutory Warranty is NOT a Roadside or Breakdown assistance policy.
Most Extended Warranties don’t include a Roadside or Breakdown assistance policy unless specified or requested at the time of purchase.
